4 times over. Think about that.

A dump truck driver? What a shock that is, NOT! They are reckless at the best of times without adding alcohol.

I really enjoyed visiting Japan during 2019 Oct and Nov.

Coming from a country where the law and rules are not abided to

i was quite surprised walking around in Tokyo and even in busy streets

with lots of people around like in Ginza on the main street to notice some trucks and

garbage trucks driving in excessive high speeds passing cars.

If the legal limit for driving here is zero, how can you be four times over? Regardless, lock him up for life. Hope when he sobers up he REALLY sobers up, and RIP to the young kid on the bike and condolences to his family.

You can't be 4x over zero. Math doesn't allow it.

Which, should make you work backwards to realize, the limit isn't zero, regardless of what you were told.

So many stories of truck/car drivers dragging someone along under the car for long distances WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING in JP. Seriously, best to stop with the tunnel vision and "hear no evil" way of life JP dudes.

Hit and run,

I almost received one, a dummy truck was speeding through a residential neighborhood, after picking up a load of dirt, the driver was young and had a mean careless face. Another time I watched a dummy truck take off in an intersection right before the light changed. I also saw a huge truck with its crane out front, run a red light in the very early morning, at a big intersection. Such nutcracks are out there, so I always take heed at blind corners, and street crossings, cause they sometimes drive like a bat out of hell, and disrespect street signals.

Given the late hour of the accident, the truck driver probably stopped at a bar for a drink after finishing work. He might have assumed that since he was operating a commercial vehicle, Police would not pull him over for a breath check.

4x Over & Dragged the guy 500M, but by then, he was long since dead.

Now these "killer" trucks are always speeding through red lights, scary drivers and crossing over the lanes. These trucks should have the "breathanalyzer" feature that won't allow anyone to drive the vehicle unless it blows clean. Today there are many improvements made to the system that one can no longer breath into the machine for the intoxicated person, vehicles turns on and moves over, or lean into the system and blow to turn the truck on. Thanks to recognizable features AI technology no more bypassing allowed.
