no, thats not more important. Justice should be blind to these "extenuating circumstances", ie: losing a well paid job. Thats not supposed to be considered. but, as usual, play the game,avoid the blame....

More important than jail time (which costs the general public) the actual punishment is the end to his career. As a convict, he won't be able to work again in the banking sector.

Another suspended sentence, that will teach him and send a suspended message to those who would dare to break the law.
