What are his specific "threats"? The ones I've seen so far reported in the media seem really mild:
Like this one: "Think how critically damaging it would be for a celebrity to show up in a trial."
Is that really enough to indict someone?!?!
Fighto!
No.
Japan most certainly does not need any more gutless keyboard warriors threatening people like this piece of trash. Glad he was thrown out of the Diet, after stealing the public's money and never turning up. Now, lock him up!

At least he isn't yet another silver-spooned politician who has taken this country down the toilet for the last 30 years.
Japan needs more of these people.

He sounds like a sociopath.

And its been proven time and time again to only exist in the Constitutions of both countries being taked about between you and nosuke. The Twitter Files have shown us a great deal, but no one will go to prison where they belong.
They won't in Japan either thanks to the government's new secrecy laws...or rather....the good people will go to jail.
Directly addressing this article, its awful thin, isn't it? I learned NOTHING about this case really.

There is freedom of speech in the Japanese Constitution.
nosuke
Freedom of speech is our first amendment but in other countries no freedom of speech including japan

A 51yr old former law maker, my dog, what a very sad, no life person.

He's a grade a douche bag.

Wild they clapped him for this and not the whole, not showing up for work for 6+ months while being paid with tax payer money and having another (several even) job while being a government employee.
but you know, bad mouthing celebrities who simply can’t ignore his clout chasing was more serious.
Fighto!
51 years old. A "YouTuber". Named Gaassy.
He's really made something of himself - his parents must be so proud!
Yubaru
Be nice for the article to headline with his actual name. Dude is soon to be a convicted criminal it seems and promoting his "youtube" handle is wrong.

In Japan, online defamation will make someone be listed on Interpol list.
