What are his specific "threats"? The ones I've seen so far reported in the media seem really mild:

Like this one: "Think how critically damaging it would be for a celebrity to show up in a trial."

Is that really enough to indict someone?!?!

There is freedom of speech in the Japanese Constitution.

And its been proven time and time again to only exist in the Constitutions of both countries being taked about between you and nosuke. The Twitter Files have shown us a great deal, but no one will go to prison where they belong.
