Why "Prince of Green Juice" ? "King of Green Juice" sounds much better.

Prince of Green Juice sounds like it could be the name of an anime series.

Don't flaunt wealth, some people are comefortable with their income others not. Just don't flaunt it in Japan. Just look at politicians they get paid an exorbitant amount of money plus other external sources of income, yet they avoid investigation because they wear cheep suits and refrain from public exhibition of wealth. It helps that social media is a mystery for them. And they are usually born wealthy. But as Livedoor, Carlos, now The prince of Green have discovered flamboyant use of funds are a magnet for jealousy and the quasi legal system in place.

His instagram account looks very tame by most world standards of wealth, and while its true you shouldn't flaunt your wealth in this day and age, he is correct to a certain degree the the Japanese Government doesn't like wealthy people, as they believe only they can control the wealth of Japan. That is why the ship has been sinking for Japan since the 80's bubble burst. Jgov gives the people no incentive to create big wealth and freedom because it will just chip away at their piece of the pie. Japan does not change with the times, therefore they are ever so slowly sinking into oblivion while the rest of the world innovates, moves and shakes.

Never heard of this guy before, definitely wears too much make up LOL!!

Yeah, looks like the coppers have been  told to take out another young up & comer, mean while execs at Takata etc are free to walk the streets.....

Japan, where crime does pay, a lot of the time!

This guy is awesome!

Company was "set up in 2007", and Misaki is now a 29-year-old. So he was like in or just out of high-school when he did kicked this off.

Two thumbs up from me.

moved to Malta ... to avoid paying taxes in Japan.

Nice move, it's a free world.

12.1 billion yen in sales for the fiscal year through September 2017, compared with sales of 1.8 billion yen in the year before.

10 thumbs up from me!

His company also employs 34 people.

Imagine if a one kid in each high school class across the country were starting up new businesses like this. That'd be great for Japan - every high school class member would have a young vibrant job to go into, they'd all earn income, pay income tax, pay consumption tax.

Clearly in my mind at least, guys like him are a net-positive for Japan and the world.

This has never been the issue with Japan! There are are plenty of wealthy people in Japan, and they know how to keep their wealth.

The problem is the "Good ole boys club" and the standard procedure of getting things done. They almost always involves middlemen and lots of brown envelopes.

The problem with the Juice guy just like Horie was that don't want to grease any palms and bow to the "Good ole boys club". They resisted, so they were made to pay in some way.

Hell! Even Ghosn is victim of the oyagi mafia.
