Japan is still engaged in systamatic torture.

But Japan only kicks people when they ate down.

The immigration center has admitted to the occurrence of "unjustifiable conduct" and apologized to the man.

'Unjustifiable conduct' is what he had coming. Seems like you are quite pleased with such cruelty towards a fellow human.
