A former section chief of the Chiba prefectural police department has been arrested on a charge of public indecent exposure.

The former officer, Eiji Oki, 64, allegedly exposed the lower half his body to a high school girl on the platform of JR Togane Station at around 1:20 p.m. on Monday, Sankei reported.

Oki was a police superintendent before retiring four years ago. Following his retirement, he worked at a hospital in the prefecture.

Police say that at the time of the incident, Oki was intoxicated. The girl reported his behavior to the police koban at the station.

Being drunk should not be an excuse! It's should compound the offense!

Police superintendent and hospital worker. To flush all that goodwill away at age 64 because you were drunk in the middle of the afternoon.

Drunk at 1320 on a Monday, exposing himself to HS girls. Dude has some serious issues.

Can't think of a better way to spend a Monday afternoon! /s I really can't understand how people can get off to things like this, let alone think that they can get away with doing it in such a public place as a train station. Clearly missing a few screws.

Now that we are on the whole paying back retirement money thing like that one teacher, he should be forced to pay back the crazy retirement money public servants like him get and give it to people who need it the most.

"Wow, when it Japan today going to start a public servant crime section? Have we reached saturation yet?" you got that right!

the other day i saw a cuso gee gee, pushing a bike mean mugging 2 nice looking Japanese women talking in a coffee shop, they never acknowledged his existence, I was like they need to do this more. Japanese women, are rising up, and aint taking nonsense! (good show)

The lower half of his body!? So did he take his trousers and underpants off completely then, or was he wearing a trenchcoat with nothing on underneath? This would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.

Blame it on the alcohol. Alcohol has psychological effects that can cause abnormal behavior. A depressant that easily qualifies as a mind-altering drug.
