Well he's probably got a felony record now for DUI ...and if he continues to live in the US his record will folow him everywhere in the US for life.

manfromamerica, very classy of you to make a stab at NPB. This article is about a drunk driver. One who often causes trouble when he is drunk ... even when he isn't.

This guy has a looong history of trouble and problems. Not surprising news.

DUI isn't a felony in the US (yet) unlike Canada, so he'll probably not be deported or anything drastic. Not saying that it shouldn't be one, but that's just the way it is.

I am not all down on drunk driving, but driving erratically I am very down on. I don't care if its alcohol, your medication, simple fatigue or just plain being to darned old. I would like to see driving erratically cracked down on more.
