A 25-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday morning for killing the 24-year-old man, who is the owner of the company the suspect worked for, on a beach in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Takeshi Mineu was arrested for allegedly beating Yuichi Morohashi to death on the beach around 3 a.m. on Monday after they had been drinking together at a pub nearby. Mineu took the body of the victim by car to a local police station, and confessed to the murder.
According to police, the victim runs a wrecking business and Mineu was the only employee. Mineu was quoted by police as saying, “He told me that he would have to let me go and said 'I don't need you anymore', which made me angry.”
Police said the two men had been living in a car.

No DUI charge for driving to the police station after drinking? And it must not have been a very successful business, seeing as how they were both living in a car and the guy was firing his only employee. I also wonder, who's car was it? Possible Auto-Theft charge to follow? D'oh!

Is this a case of a jilted gay lover?

I'd say he wrecked his future job prospects! I wonder if he can collect his free cash handout in prison?

“He told me that he would have to let me go and said ‘I don’t need you anymore’, and here is another heavy punch from the economy. Couldn't employers just be more patient and hold on to their brakes for the time being? Working shorter hour will be better than sacking. Such bosses that are sacking people should be prosecuted; they certainly are not helping bring economy back, but thinking only of grid for money. 'AREN'T WE ALL HUMANS?'
