Police in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, said Wednesday that two human bones have been found in a river.
A woman who found the remains in the Tsuto River called police at around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Fuji TV reported. A forensic examination later confirmed that the two bones were those belonging to human arms.
The point in the river where the bones were found is 20 to 30 cm deep, and the current slow, police said.

Wow! - That's horrible.
Does Japan happen to have such crimes often?
Black Sabbath
There is nothing humerus about those bones.
