I will not trust Nissan at all and Japanese justice system , the way they cheat on their recalls of cars in USA and Canada ( same Toyota and Honda) calling them quality concerns to minimize the consumer panic and bad reputation , they were charged by USA court few times for lying on the the extent of the recalls ! not a way to treat a person who saved this company ,have some respect ,the Jail look from Japan WW2 concentration camps !!

At the rate this is going it is going to become an even bigger issue for the Abe administration.
How much does anyone want to bet that the police are already looking for an escape path which they don't loose any face, and Ghosn goes free!
