A 29-year-old high school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in a convenience store in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture.
According to police, Masaru Chiba, who teaches at a public high school in Miyako City, Iwate Prefecture, entered the convenience store on the evening of May 7 and dropped his pants in front of a female employee at the cash register, Fuji TV reported. Police said Chiba has denied the charge, claiming he “doesn’t clearly recall” the episode.
Police were notified by the convenience store manager after the employee reported the incident. Chiba was arrested on Monday after being identified by store security camera footage.

Being drunk should be part of the offense, not part of the defense. However, there is nothing in the article to state he was drunk.
It must be so comforting for the parents of his teenage female high school student to know their teacher is a sexually perverted nut case, NOT! He will give some lame excuse, be reprimanded, possibly have his pay cut for a few months and then be back in charge of his female high school students within a fortnight. Perfect!
