Spot on!
This happened just a few months ago, parents were watching their kids in their smartphones.
Two Georgia preschool teachers were arrested Monday after parents watched a classroom surveillance video allegedly showing the teachers abusing children.

As the daycare buses made changes to prevenr kids from being left on the bus, I think all daycares should have security cameras in the daycares with 100% access by parents at any given time to ensure transparency and peace of mind with their loved ones.

@Mark, you do know what a child nursery school is right? Not to mention if we work by your logic, then no children should never go to any school then or let them take the bus. Because clearly you shouldn't trust anyone then.
Mark
Never trust your child with any strangers, I really don't care how trust worthy these schools are, handing your child to a stranger comes with risks and you should be prepared to face the consequences.

Jail. Massive fine to parents. Banned from working with kids and even having kids.

A huge collection of people that should have known better and covered the abuse without any need. It makes you wonder how many other cases of abuse have been covered in the same way by the school and the city officials.

"Witnessed by whom????"
GaryPen: given the abysmal working conditions [at Houikuen] and given the associated high staff turnover; a total lack of managerial direction and support -- the witness whom reported the child abuse is most likely a former employee of Sakura Hoikuen, and a former co-worker of the accused perpetrators.

I keep my son at home with my wife. She's happy about it. They live a very hectic life while I'm working (baby yoga, kids libraries, jidoukan, mall events, etc.) and I couldnt be happier about it.
I keep my son away from these places where he'd be cared and watched by total strangers.
As a parent, there are times when you literally want to grab your kid harder (needlessly moving too much while changing nappies, crying for abs no reason but to get attention) and it requires patience and love not to do so. Now what would stop total strangers from slapping/abusing an unrelated child under their watch?
Sorry but I wont take any risks at least until he's able to speak.

"Investigative sources said that although the abusive behavior by the three was witnessed frequently in the school"
Witnessed by whom????

Also heartbreaking.
I hope the kids recover and these memories don't stay with them.
