Not sure who you mean by "our" as you don't sound Chinese or Japanese - more like Dutch or South African with that username. The Chinese will use this as propaganda against the Japanese, as per usual in a situation like this (although 42km off Miyako is WELL inside J borders as the article states).

I expect this one to be non-news in a matter of days. Fine paid, go home, done. If China does do anything it will be to send some more ships to the Senkakus just to stir the pot there.

I did a search for "canadian, US., waters, arrest, and fishing" I got one hit from over 10 years ago.

Did another search for "american candian waters arrest fishing" and got one hit from three years ago.
