Wonder if it is related to clinical data.

It's probably the usual hostage diplomacy by the totalitarian CCP.

China is, quite simply, an extremely dangerous country (for both foreigners and Chinese people.) No-one should go there unless absolutely necessary.

The US State Department has recently elevated its travel advisory, and with very good reason:

Wonder if it is related to clinical data. China has very strict rules about data transfer and even sending an email abroad could trigger this.
