gogogo, for income, NK already exports and increasingly hopes to export nuclear-related materials, missile technology and know-how to many countries, including Burma, Iran, Yemen, etc.

It could also had been a sting operation with cooperation from the Myanmar government in exchange for ODA.

Who is stupid enough to sell this kind of stuff to a crazy country like the DPRK??
