Japanese man fined for posting images of athletes on porn site

So he's' paid for his 'advertising' , expect his site to be raking in millions now

By the way the report is written it seems that the only reason he got fined is because he used the images without permission, without any penalty for the sexualization. This seems to be the default Japanese way to deal with this kind of problem, not address it directly but using unrelated laws as an excuse to punish something that should be able to be punishable directly.

How about doing this for everyone else ?

Weird. I wonder why this guy got fined. Was it because he didn't pay money to the TV program producers? Coz at Lawson, 711 and Fam. Mart I've seen magazine specifically about female athletes photos shown in sexual ways, pretty sure without the athletes' consent.

That was his "punishment"?!! A measly 600,000 yen? Good grief, Japan. Way to take a stance on making sure nonsense like this doesn't happen again...

I wish Japan would update it's laws regarding porn and sexual harassment. Reading stuff like this makes me so depressed, and I can see why women can't make much progress in equality in Japan. There's just such a strong lack of support from the laws and general public. Not to mention that paltry fine! He'll recoup his losses next week, and be back at it in no time. Depressing all around

These days, its common to see Women walking around wearing tight fitting yoga pants, which when worn by some, (perhaps purposely), show in the groin area, certain genitalia features that maybe considered as "Porn"...

Mind you, I've seen some, larger sized women wearing the same, and I don't even want to look at what they are trying to show there... it's just, downright, embarrassing...
