In what other country would you get this kind of news story repeated on an almost daily basisd - and involving men from all walks of life, too. This is the country with signs everywhere saying "Watch out for Chikan" -in parks, housing estates - everywhere. This is also the country where a large majority of the women claim to have been sexually molested on trains, to the point where Japan in now the only country in the wortld with varriages on trains reserved for Women Only.
