Konami Sports Club said Saturday it had received a letter stating that bombs would go off at its facilities in Tokyo on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

According to police, the threats came in a letter mailed to the company’s head office in Tokyo’s Shinagawa Ward, Fuji TV reported.

The letter said that bombs had been placed in three gyms in Tokyo and would be detonated on Aug 25, 26 and 27.

Police searched the company’s gyms on Friday but found no explosive devices. There were no explosions on Friday or Saturday.

@Bernie, I think gogogo meant which Konami gyms, as in location.
