Well if he has offered to provide an explanation then let him!

He can do that at court. Not at some internal hearing in which he can lie without any consequences.

Don't think Ghosn is now very much interested in "reimburse the company for some expenses." Renault are well rid of him.

Ghosn may be guilty as sin, but that in no way excuses his treatment in Japan. Lawyers not being in the interrogations and relatively indefinite detention are afronts to true justice systems.

offered to provide explanations for its findings.

Do we need a sequel of "Si Versailles m'était conté." (if Versailles were told to us) ?

How unfortunate Ghosn didn't run the multinational enterprise in China.

Pls be intelligent, this is the work of the mouth of saikawa insigating Renault. It is very normal actions of back-stabbing , poor hearted Japanese. These Japanese have to drag more time to get their salaries and bonus. I am just surprised that French Renault fall into his trap. Time wasting saikawa as usual.

I want to see or hear to what Ghons has to say about his actions. And I am disappointed about Renault lack of attention to the man who dedicated his life to bringing Nissan back to life. I think the world should stop buying Nissan cars.
