Don't condone his action but in a US prison. He is definitely going to get a full experience and education now. Going to wish he was back in Japan.

It could have been self-defense. Assuming a jury finds him guilty, which might not be the case, there are Asian gangs in Cali prisons. If he joins one quick after found guilty, he won't need a boy friend to keep safe inside.

If he doesn't do one of those, he probably won't last long. He won't be going to club-Fed. He's going to the prison where murderers go. Lots of them in the US prisons. No Japanese food inside US prisons. He will learn English, that is certain.

Regardless, his entire world changed and will never be the same whether he is found guilty or not.

Fuseya surrendered to police a few days ago.

His friend had died from massive blood loss after being stabbed once below the chin.

Fuseya speaks no English and at his arraignment an interpreter was not available.

He faces 25 years to life if convicted.

Locals in this San Jose district are shocked that something like this could happen in their neighborhood.

This guy is a Japanese NATIONAL, he's screwed in a USA ruthless prison, he better hope he gets solitary confinement.
