Man arrest for exposing himself on grounds of apartment building in Toyama

Police in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, have arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of public indecency after he exposed his lower body on the grounds of an apartment in building.

The incident occurred at around 3:15 a.m. on September 21, TBS reported. According to the police, the incident was reported by a resident living near the apartment.

Police said the suspect, a company employee, has admitted to dropping his pants and exposing himself. He was quoted by police as saying he might have been drunk at the time.
