That's why I live in a house that has enough SPACE between other houses so don't hear my neighbours and the don't hear me.

Apartments are like the lottery in that you never know who is going be living next to you or on top of you and below you.

No thanks.

apartments need to be built with more insulation and sound-deadening materials between floors, ceilings and walls. legislation is required to force builders to comply; otherwise they build as cheaply as possible. noisy apartments are stressful for everyone, not just the elderly.

Noisy neighbors = quality of life 0!

Nothing like living in peace with your neighbors, smiley good mornings, little souvenirs from a road trip.

Either the woman is so noisy to live alone and be heard from the apartment next to her or the assailant is nuts.

Their more like middle aged now.

Shouldn't he have cut his own ear off if it was too loud?

I hope they could reattach that ear!

Hope he finds prison quieter.

> Everytime I got stompers above me, and one tried to put a hex on me, and then (one-time) started units sniffing around & profiling me.

The title should be septuagenarian attacking octogenarian, elder attacking elder.

Why? what difference does it make on the incidence the age of the criminal? The point is that the victim is assumed to be weak and vulnerable.

Thats also historically a very old kind of punishment, btw still represented in the Kanji letter for 'take'. So you can see that 'sign' representing the ear-cutting everywhere, many times a day, although it has changed a bit its original meaning over the centuries. Obviously not for everyone...

The world is a noisy place. If he wants peace, he should choose going to heaven. It’s about time for him.
