Police in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture, said Wednesday they have arrested an unemployed 39-year-old man for posting a death threat on the blog of "talent" Kawori Manabe.
The suspect, who has been identified as Kazuki Matsuhashi, allegedly posted the threat in the comments section of Manabe's blog in early October, TBS reported. Matsuhashi had also called Manabe's agency in mid-October, leaving his name, police said.
Police said that Manabe, 34, had never met Matsuhashi and that he had posted threats before.

There is a small detail missing. He posted it 900 times and did it because he was not happy she never replied to his tweets. Oh....and he was unemployed.......

Most probably she has a を in her name, but spelling it like that is bound to get her name mispronounced in an awful way by non-Japanese speakers. By the way, who the heck is she?
