Police in Hiroshima on Tuesday arrested a 25-year-old unemployed man on suspicion of arson after he set fire to the home he lived in with his father and another relative.
According to police, Yoshiaki Suda used a lighter to set fire to a room in the two-story wooden residence in Higashi Ward at around 4:30 p.m. Monday, Fuji TV reported. The residence was completely destroyed by the fire.
After he set fire to the building, Suda called 119 himself. When police arrived, they found him outside in an intoxicated state. Suda’s father and his other relative got out of the house unharmed.
Police said Suda has admitted to setting the fire but has so far given no motive.

Shouldn't it be 25-year-old unemployed and homeless man?

I'm sure they were down and out and needed the insurance money.

So two people are now homeless and another gets free room and board plus three meals a day in your friendly neighborhood jail. He ( Yoshiaki Suda ) should have been a miscarriage.

Yet another unemployed miscreant! Do people break the law because they are unemployed or are they unemployed because they break the law?
jcapan
I'd put it differently--are they unemployed or breaking the law b/c they suffer from undiagnosed mental illness?
