Police said Thursday they have arrested a man for sneaking into a school to take photos of female teachers in a toilet in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture. When he was spotted by a teacher, he tried to flee but she caught him, police said.
Seiji Kono, 23, who lives in Tokyo, was arrested for allegedly sneaking into the school to take photos in the women's toilet around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday. According to police, he hid himself in one of the toilet cubicles, putting a note on the door saying “Out of service,” so no one would come in. But a female teacher, 36, spotted him and chased him out into the corridor where she caught him.
Police said Kono had two cameras on him.

I don't see the attraction in listening to and photographing someone taking a dump or changing a sanitary pad. Too much wild porn and no social skills. Id blame the internet but it has other values other than being a cesspool for porn.

This kind of thing happens all over the world.
However, I would venture to say it happens quite a lot more in Japan. After one lives in Japan for a few years it is pretty easy to see that the nature of sex in this country is pretty sick.
