Uh, oh! Another freak off his leash. Hope this one gets a good psych evaluation and counseling. Sadly, it’s more likely he’ll get a strong talking to, make an apology and be back on the bus tomorrow.

It looks like he pick his line from a action movie - you want to die with me? Its always a jobless man in the crime. Why doesn't the social services get them a job?

He threatened violence because he thought people were staring at him? Do you know how many people stare at foreigners in Japan, even within big foreigner-filled cities like Tokyo? Imagine if a foreign person here threatened violence every time they were "stared at". Unbelievable.

Also, one does not simply carry box cutters around with them in public spaces. Not unless they intend to use it.
