Police in Saitama City have arrested a 51-year-old unemployed man after he called 110 and threatened to assassinate Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
According to police, Satoshi Yamagishi called 110 just past 7:30 p.m. on Aug 10 and allegedly threatened to kill Kishida. Police traced the call to Yamagishi’s landline at his home, Kyodo News reported. Police said Yamagishi has denied the allegation and quoted him as saying “I don’t know anything” about the incident.
Police said no weapons were found at Yamagishi’s home, nor have they been able to find out if he belongs to any political or religious organization.

I am surprised he didn't say I was drunk! That goes on to show you he did it because he said “I don’t know anything” about the incident. LOL
