Police in Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture, have arrested an unemployed 46-year-old man on suspicion of fatally beating his 81-year-old mother at their home.
According to police, Makoto Nakahara hit and kicked his mother, Sachiko, in the face and back at around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Fuji Tv reported.
Shortly afterwards, Nakahara called 119 and said "a woman in her 80s has lost consciousness and is not breathing.”
Sachiko was taken to hospital where she died shortly after arrival.
Police said Nakahara, who resided with his mother, has admitted to the charge and quoted him as saying, “I was irritated because I wasn’t having any luck finding a job and the stress just built up.”

"arrested an unemployed 46-year-old man" what is the significance of unemployed, are they implying if he was employed would it put him in a different perspective. I dont think so unemployed and employed are doing "dirty deeds done dirt cheap"

This doesn't bode well with yesterday's report about unemployment being low and employers struggling to get staff. Either this guy is a complete retard or the report was false. Sadly, I fear both are true!
