Police in Musashino, Tokyo, said Sunday they have arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of killing his 48-year-old girlfriend.
According to police, the suspect, Toshiya Nakamura, beat Yukiko Fujinami about the head several times after an argument at around 3:30 a.m. Friday in a building in Kichijoji where she operated a bar, Fuji TV reported.
Police said the couple lived together and that Nakamura returned home alone after he assaulted Fujinami. When Fujinami didn't return home all day, Nakamura went to her bar and found her collapsed on the floor. He called 119 and she was taken to hospital where she was confirmed dead.
Nakamura, who works at a nearby pub, has admitted to the charge but has not yet said what the argument was about, police said.

Well, I'll hazard a guess that it was about money or her rapport with her customers

They can give you as many thumbs down as they like but here in Japan, where men like girls and not women, that is odd...

So wait...lemmie get this straight, h bet he, left her body, and went back and fond her dead? Shouldn't he be charged with "abandoning the body" along with assault and murder?
