Man breaks into elementary school pupil's home in Himeji

Police on Tuesday charged a man with attempting to commit obscene acts after he broke into the home of a 10-year-old elementary school girl in Himeji City. The suspect, Ken Nagi, 29, was initially charged with breaking and entering.

According to police, on April 10 at around 4:30 p.m., Nagi -- dressed as an employee of the local water department -- entered the home of the 5th grade student, with the intention of committing an obscene act. When the girl, who was at home alone, screamed, he fled the scene.

Since 2007, three other similar crimes have been reported in the area near Nagi's office, and police are currently investigating Nagi's connection to the incidents.

I'm wondering the same thing Altria is. There's nothing obscene about cosplay.

The worst of sexual criminals are the pedofiles. All of them should be in prison for life. No mercy for them. They are mentally perverted people.

How do you even comment on this?

10 year old the queen of her castle?

This guy goes to all the trouble to dress up as an employee of the water co.?

He obviously did not read the other post today, he could have saved the trouble n just perused the park.

Seriously, 10 year olds are not supposed to be home alone.

Great news day for pedo freaks, isn't it? We've got a 27-year-old raping some 70 elementary-to-high school-aged girls over the past 5 years on another thread and this.

Only 10 years old and she already has her own house. Wow!

This has to do with bank loan considerations. If a child does not get a bank loan at the age of 7 or so in order to buy a house, then there is no way for the loan to be paid back before they die.

On a more serious note, this guy needs to be taken out of circulation for a long, long time.
