Police in Tama, Tokyo, are investigating the murder of a 25-year-old man who was stabbed to death in his condo on Saturday night.
At around 9 p.m. on Saturday, Kohei Fukuyoshi, a 25-year-old office employee, was found dead with more than 10 stab wounds to different parts of his body, including chest and stomach, on the fourth floor of a condo in Tama's Nagayama district, Fuji TV reported. The autopsy revealed that Fukuyoshi died from blood loss.
Police believe that the perpetrator fled scene with his clothes stained with Fukuyoshi's blood as there were multiple bloodstains on the floor of the condo's hallway.
A neighbor who lives in the apartment beside Fukuyoshi's told police he saw Fukuyoshi and a man scuffling in the hallway shortly before the crime. The man was described as being in his 20s and was wearing black at the time.© Japan Today
