A 22-year-old man is being questioned in connection with the murders of his mother and sister, after their bodies were found at a residence in Hokuto, Hokkaido, on Thursday night, police said Friday.
Police visited the residence after 31-year-old Mika Fujibayashi's boss reported her missing. Police say the bodies of Fujibayashi and her mother, 62-year-old Yukie, were discovered under the car port outside their house, Fuji TV reported.
According to police, both women had sustained multiple stab wounds and their bodies had been wrapped in newspaper. Police say the man has confessed to moving their bodies from the second floor and has hinted that he was involved in their murders, police said.© Japan Today
