Man tells girlfriend to sell her organs to pay him Y1.5 mil

A man in Tokyo has been arrested for extortion after he intimidated his girlfriend into giving him 80,000 yen. He also told her to sell her organs so she could pay him for losing his job.

According to police, Tamotsu Aida, 23, got upset when his girlfriend did not wake him up one morning in July. After losing his job, he allegedly threatened her at their apartment in Edogawa Ward, Sankei Shimbun reported. The woman told police Aida became abusive and accused her of being responsible for losing his job. He demanded 1.5 million yen and told her to go to South Korea or China and sell some organs.

Police said the woman filed a criminal complaint after Aida took 80,000 yen from her. After that, he told her to drop the complaint, threatening that if she didn't, "many scary people will visit your parents’ house.”

Aida has denied extorting money and said the woman gave him the 80,000 yen.

So... he owes "many scary people" money and thinks they are going to visit HER parents to get it? I'd say she needs to keep alert... but it's him that needs to be really worried.

Was he arrested for telling her to sell her organs, or for stealing 80,000 yen? Story not clear.

I'd say for the 80,000 yen. It was after that when she laid the complaint. Telling someone to do something isn't a crime. Threatening their personal safety unless they do something is. But you're right... it's not completely clear.

There could be a story behind this news. And who knows the woman fabricated things up or that she really made a mistake of shacking up with an idiot.

@Haa Nemui If a guy owes the Yaks momey, they not infrequently home in on a woman he is closely associated with, because they can force her into prostitution to pay off the debt. Totally illegal of course, but not uncommon. So yes - she does need to watch out. Her parents may be forced to cough up through threats of what will be done to their daughter. The Yaks will not get their money back by breaking the man's legs - although they may do this as well.

Another Jaoanese BOY with mummy-syndrome expecting his partner to do everything for him. It was HIS job and HE lost it because HE was too lazy to get HIMSELF out of bed! I'll bet vital parts of my anatomy that he is now living back at home with his mummy and she is waking him up and making his breakfast and bento! Lock this loser up with some hard cases and show him how MEN really are!

@MichaelK - yep that's true, but usually the woman they approach is someone that the guy who owes them money has respect for... wife, daughter, girlfriend... obviously he doesn't have any respect for her in this case.

This parasite probably need more money for his Packinko debts ...

Organs? One kidney then what?

0 ( +1 / -1 )

@educator60 - it is currently possible for a living person to donate: a kidney, a portion of the liver, a lobe of a lung, a portion of the intestine, and in some rare instances, a portion of their pancreas.

Obviously, more donations are possible from a dead person.

Once a loser, always a loser. And no, you don't lose your job for being late ONCE in Japan. He's done some other stuff that caused him getting fired.

If I was her I would be packing my bags right now, its time to leave. if this is what he thinks of her he does not deserve her. he must be some sort of real plonker.

Ha Ha. Your boyfriend tells you to sell some body parts. Go back to your parents or a family member and send the yakusa to pay your ex boyfriend a visit and take him out for a picnic near fujisan. He does not seem to be the type that you need to continue to date or are you a masochist?

I could never imagine asking the wife to sell her kidneys... They're the sexiest thing about her.

I would enjoy drilling both of his kneecaps.

Maybe she has a large collection of Hammond organs in the attic that she doesn't really use anymore

This is how psychopaths think and act, well the immature ones who aren't good at hiding it anyway. Poor woman, glad she was brave enough to go to the police.

Plenty of Yaks in Edogawa - I lived there for 4 years. No doubt there's a connection here. Lock him up!

the bf should go buy some common sense why should the gf be blamed for his failure. JP men act like little children instead of going to work they should go to childcare if they need babysitters

Wow. That is pretty shocking to read. Hope he enjoys his time sleeping on the floor with eight other guys in a 10 mat sized room for the next few years, would be very interested in what happens if he blames his new roomies for letting him oversleep.

What's that old Madness Song, "It Must Be Love". Seriously, you don't have to be very tough to try and stand over women. It just proves that this chap is a Grade A douche bag.

How do people get involved with people like this?

1 kidney, one cornea...after that, blindness or death. Something odd with this story.

Who is to say the woman didn't fabricate some or all "facts" in this story.

Who is to say the woman didn't fabricate some or all "facts" in this story.

And who is to say that she didn't tell the truth and that this guy said everything she said he did?

Just when you think you've heard it all...

@Strangerland.

Exactly my point. All the comments here are very one sided. Nobody knows what actually happened.

What a silver-tongued devil. Never let it be said that he doesn't have a way with women!

This idiot would have lost his job in any field.
