Fighto!
Got through Paris OK - where many were confidently predicting disaster, terrorist attacks etc - but Matsutama and his crew were robbed in a very short stopover in London. Pretty telling.
Those passports will be worth between US$10,000-20,000 on the market.

England is a hole with crime off the charts and London is definitely not safe to visit anymore !

London. I wouldn't/ couldn't leave my wallet/smart phone/bag on a table in McDonald's in london. Sadly!Anywhere. I believe you build a society where values, between the home, and school, have amassive impact when kids become adults, and the service it attrocious.
But schools think, If it happens outside the gate, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. Japans got a lot wrong with its system, but its also got a lot right. When you cut the police so much ( austerity) your signalling to a certain group, Sorry! we can't afford to deal with your crime. Indirectly!

Europe has a huge crime problem. Its image in tatters. This sort of thing has become the norm. Sad.

Ever hear of reporting the details of what actually happened?

After hearing about all the thefts at the athletes' hotels in the Olympic Village, he probably thought he had a lucky escape.

Paris, London, Rome… avoid taking out traveling documents and wallet moving around and don’t even go near the vending machines. Caddie plays a very personal role in golfing, that’s a very unfortunate circumstance for Matsuyama.. wish him the best.
