as an individual traveler making their own arrangements, it's possible to get a round trip ticket from BKK to NTR & back covering a 6~7 day trip for the price of 10,000 baht, accommodation included in the price would be extremely difficult. a legitimate experienced tour operator with 1000 customers could do it and make a large profit.
