Mother arrested for abusing son by stomping on his head

Yuka Tochino, a certified care worker, is accused of abusing her son, who was then 8, by stomping on his head, 

A certified care worker? A certified loon would be better.

“I was furious that my son didn’t do his homework, but I never stomped on his head or kicked him.”

She was furious her 8 year old son didn't do his homework? He is 8 years old in the second grade of elementary school FFS! Who cares if he didn't do his homework? She is just another delusional bully intimidating and abusing her child to live up to 'her' expectations.

Child Welfare workers: Please don't botch this. I really don't want to be reading about another child abused to death because of your negligence.

Oh no, not another child abuse story...

A one incident does not make a person a bully or even a bad person.

What else does police has got as evidence please, otherwise my guess is that 99% of parents could get their children taken away.

Did the husband or sister witnessed, or somebody ? Was the boy going to school with regular bruises or worse ?

I am all for detecting abusive parents. Was it the case for one very bruised eye once, which anyone should ask how it did happen?

Stop judging people from the far distance.

Be mature since we are talking about children's future.

A child goes to school with a bruised eye and all her children are taken away with no evidence?

so a child mad at their parents can punch themselves in the eye , tell their teachers a story and the children will be removed from the house ?

acting on a child’s word without proof is like letting children run the country .

they can figure out how to get removed from their family when they’re super mad at their parents but not smart enough to realize the consequences for their actions like never being able to return .

children get mad at their parents all the time and want to run away etc but these are temporary feelings that go away but if the police and child services react so quickly without evidence there could be a lot of false claims of abuse that could devastate families .

Stop judging people? She stomped on his head on purpose for God's sake what's not to judge? stop defending her and defend the victim instead

Or is there possibly a good reason for stopping on a kid's head?
