Put this scum in a c19 isolation ward and make sure they all cough on both of them, as for the child I am sure there will be a couple some where in Japan, who cant have children, they would give there right arm to have a child, and I am sure they would look after a child very well.

I'm glad social services actually did something this time, instead of waiting for a corpse to say, "We thought it was all just dandy!" As for the parents, take away the child now, and lock them up for a while. Let them understand what abuse means, and why it is wrong. But, TIJ, so I have no doubt at the very least the mother will not be punished and the child returned to her immediately, and probably the father will get nothing either. Then, when the child turns up dead, the parents will return to the courts and get maybe two years, with many saying, "Who could have known?"

A shotgun wedding after the fact where neither one wants to be a real parent. Poor kid. You can't choose your parents but hopefully the government gives them some hard time and him a better home.

My father burned me as a 3 year old, and my mother did nothing.

Police said the boy’s father, Shota Kinoshita, a company employee, has admitted to the charge, but his wife Yuna, also a company employee, has partially denied involvement, saying she saw what was going on but did not actually do anything to the child herself.

That is her crime, to stand idly by, then actually claim innocence.

I wish I could transfer the pain, terror, and confusion this child experienced to myself. No child should ever have to experience that.

The hospital contacted a child welfare center about a case of possible child abuse and the center notified police.
