Good to know our Dear Leader has it all under control, surrounding himself with crooks and all kinds of loyal men. Nothing like holding on to power surrounded by these useless men for the sole purpose of changing a constitution article. And the populace at large? Quiet at home with c’est la vie attitude.

As easy as this was to do - simply not cancelling the stamps and then pocketing them, there must be hundreds of others doing the same.  Maybe not at the same degree, but enough to top up their incomes.
