"Wealthy nations face a high and fast-growing threat of cyberattacks"

Nonsense.

Every cyberattack is a design failure or operator malfunction. If the cyberattackers are so smart how dumb are the ever so powerful custodians of cyber-infrastructure?

Sounds like there's a whole bunch of dummies leading a whole bunch of dummies telling everyone else they're way too smart to be hacked. Another inside job? Completely inexcusable and a 100% preventable failure.

"Nonsense." I agree with kcjapan, i'm more worried about rads, and quakes.

Because robbing from the poor is so much harder and less rewarding than robbing from the rich.

KC is right. I've worked far too many places where IT security is a joke. In most cases it's directly related to lack of funding creating serious hardware and personnel shortages.
