Rise in juvenile fraud offenders causes huge financial loss in Japan

These youths are just scapegoats for the syndicates and gangs running the operations. This kind of thing happens all over the world. It's just surprising how successful it is in Japan.

I know that even the minority of yakuza group members, to survive this world they are joining this juvenile fraud offenders and they aren't the controllers. Those guys group are using much clever ways of fraudulent methods that can deceive more numbers of aged people and no decrease as this column describes. Police investigations aren't enough to find the thread or trails they execute for this fraud "business". Japan authorities need more experts to infiltrate in those groups and find the leader who is quite impossible to find. Japan needs a "made in Japan FBI agents" to search those juveniles.

You have been watching too many western TV cop shows.

The cops KNOW who are the leaders, hell the cops have a damn list of just about everyone who is a member of the Yakuza. The Yakuza are not illegal in Japan.

These are the problems I'd like to see Dear Leader Abe fix, not brainwashing kids into thinking small islands are important and that gays and foreigners are worthless. Try doing something useful for this country. Or is he in bed with these yakuzas?

My late Mother In Law always had a great wad of 10,000 yen notes in a draw in aground floor room and regularly left the house without locking the doors. Perhaps generations of law abiding has created a false sense of security and people ,especially the elderly , are susceptible to being swindled.

Yeah and I've been out drinking with members of a Yakuza gang numerous times. Never talked business and good ol's chaps they were, never spent a dime either, they actually got pissed if I opened my wallet.

I typically dont go out of my way to judge people I share a drink with!

There's a simple solution. Start charging the "kids" with crimes. If under 14's can't be charged with anything, I'll be sure to train my kids to be Bitcoin hackers while in elementary school. No consequences for anything.
