At least they have honor in Asian countries.

Unlike in some western countries where guilty execs get slaps on the wrist and do maybe a few years at some prison farm. Or not face any punishment at all and get rewarded with millions in bonuses.

Better hope they arrest him before he jumps off a building or mountain. Scandal-hit execs in Korea tend to do that.
