Police in Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture, have arrested an elementary school vice principal on suspicion of assault and committing a lewd act after he smeared bodily fluid on a 12-year-old girl inside a train.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 5 p.m. on Sept 16 between Shimokitazawa and Noborito stations on the Odakyu Line, Fuji TV reported. Police said Masanori Takei, vice principal of Isehara Municipal Sakuradai Elementary School, stood behind the girl and smeared the unspecified fluid on her right hand and arm.
Police said the train was packed with commuters at the time. The girl was crying when she got off the train and sought help from station staff.
Police said Takei, who was arrested on Monday, emerged as a potential suspect after they reviewed station surveillance camera footage of passengers getting off the train.
On Tuesday, Isehara Municipal Sakuradai Elementary School released a public apology stating, “We wish to apologize to our children, parents and the community.”

Yes you are correct in pointing that out.
However, the huge presence of porn in the lives of Japanese men exacerbates and overstimulates them to the point where they begin to lose touch with reason and basic regard for women/young girls, similar to say how an alcoholic or drug addict needs to drink/intake ever larger quantities to satisfy his urge...porn is in fact a drug in the sense that people get hooked on it, lose their sense of reason, and then must find some way to release the craving for actual gratification which is built up.

I would have thought that the fluids would have been tested in the lab, if they weren't, why not? and we should know exactly what the result was, we all know what those fluids might be, buy lets not speculate. if its what we all think it might be, we shouldn't the news headline read "former vice principle" ?

I do not know if there is direct connection, but you absolutely correc that the current situation where unlimited supply of all sorts pervert material is just a click away in any house of for that matter any smartphone is a novel situation. It is kind of a grand social experiment, and we do not know it will play out.
