Police in Wakuya, Miyagi Prefecture, said Thursday they have arrested a 27-year-old unemployed man on suspicion of fatally stabbing a 64-year-old man at the entrance to his home last month.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 7:45 p.m. on Nov 19. Local media reported that Yutaro Matsukawa, whose address is unknown, is accused of stabbing Eijiro Mikawa with whom he was acquainted.
Police said Mikawa, who was self-employed, went to the front door to answer the intercom. When he opened the door, he and Matsukawa started arguing. Police said a woman who was living with Mikawa saw Matsukawa stab him, and she called 110.
Matsukawa was arrested on Wednesday.

He stabbed him because he was drunk and stressed out from work and he also could not control his urges, etc...

I'm putting my money on "I don't remember doing that" or "I stabbed him, but I didn't mean to kill him".
