I remember all the hype that a stranger had been seen by many when the Vietnamese girl went missing, and it ended up being the head of the pta. Hopeful CCTV will help solve this herendous murder.

Who said it wasn't? The poor girl herself didn't report it, but simply told her friend. Kids should be encouraged to report these incidents. They are taken quite seriously, in my experience.

Various developments since then. Witnesses mention seeing a white car. Fingerprints were found on the railings alongside the track, and on her satchel not matching any family members, and police have brought in a local man in his 20s for questioning, apparently.
