This case with Carlos in Japan was a real bad example of poor minded, mean heart Japanese co-workers that use back-stabbing methods because of their jealousy and wanting to take everything that Carlos owe. Why this case is impossible ???. Nissan has all Japanese team that are controllers, top management, accountants and Japanese in every part of their company. Carlos is not god, he cannot have done everything by himself and his foreign assistant. This is Japan , the controls are all in Japanese ( very poor system ) for any company that have a future that claims globalization. Now they are not even arresting saikawa in Nissan that have everything with this case , just because of his birth rights ???. I am very glad that Japan to-day reported abt the real going on in investing Carlos case.

The Tokyo prosecutors asking the Swiss for assistance doesn't indicate any crime whatsoever. It's just news about fishing, for anything, anywhere, for something which is actually illegal.

As for Japanese so-called courts, and judges, they are just headless çhickens.

The world would be better if people had to disclose their income and financial transactions publicly. I know, I know we are used to privacy in these matters. But, that is exactly what enables bad behavior and gives the few their privilege over the many. If people had to actually accept responsibility for their actions it would clean up a lot of problems. Operating in an open environment would Ghosn have been able to get away with his activities? [This is mostly a question to think about, not something that will become reality anytime soon.]

well if there is irrefutable evidence of his guilt then good riddance, but for Japan to actually seek help from outside Japan should show you that theyre not confident they have the evidence they need for a conviction, you know since a confession hold so much weight in a Japanese court yet that pesky Ghosn wont give them one.

So far Ghosen was arrested on a secret internal Nissan report given to prosecutors who arrested him and held in detention, questioned him adnausaum released, him but he can't see his family without court approval and now Japanese Prosecutors need help from Swiss prosecutors because they are way out of their depth and after all this time still obviously can't make a case that is going to stick.

And really he might may have been a very naughty boy or not, but this farce is about face saving not actually justice on any level. Japanese prosecutors need help from Swiss prosecutors more a cry for help.

In my country we have Presumption of innocence for suspects.

Ghosn is accused of a "white collar" crime, and is not and has not been accused of any violent crime.

He freedom should be based upon the crime he is accused of, and he was detained far too long, in comparison to the crime he has allegedly committed! For your it's "Let's keep EVERYONE who is rich and famous locked up forever, until they get a chance at trial"
