This would be even better if prosecutors here were forced to prove up a case with evidence beyond a confession. So much information becomes public in a truly adversarial system.

They were in Detention for 10 months I believe. Artical fails to mention the Finance official who killed himself after being pressured by his managers to fudge figures and was subsequently thrown under the preverbal bus by the same managers they resigned. After refusing to answer questions at the parliamentary inquiry. It's a dirty story that goes to the very top.
