I wonder what this nut has in mind next. Isn't this how serial killers get started? Cats and rabbits come next.

Who knows, maybe it was a misguided lawnmower man? And his Navi system had failed?

perhaps they should install a hidden video cam to catch this weirdo on his next strike, as this has already happened twice... poor tulips.

Yeh im sure there are some hidden cameras in the ladies toilets that could be put to use on this sting operation. But seriously, what a wacko, and only tulips at the station. Probably has a grudge against the station of the council , and just wants to cause expensive damage easily. Just booby trap the tulips.

"poor tulips"? Err... what is the normal fate of a tulip then?

I am not losing sleep over tulip vandalism, as long as the perp does not graduate to bigger targets.

I find tulip vandals repulsive

You mean like sunflowers or hollyhocks?

Or - gasp - trees?

I think that would create a lot of insomniacs.

Tulip beds with their bright colors are supposed to be seen and cherished especially that it symbolizes early spring, not to be chopped up. Insensitive and incompassionate people like you and the perp of course dont understand that.

lol You'd think so if you saw the tulip fields of Toyama - headless tulips as far as the eye can see. They take the flowers off to make the bulbs grow bigger.
