Apparently, Ghosn didn't commit a crime by jumping bail, because it is not a crime in Japan. I just learned that today.

Yeah! I read that on 2 different sites today.

They can only charge them for minor migration charges.

I'm thinking on opening a new business in Japan entailing private jets and big boxes.

Immigration doesn't need any reason to deny a visa, its up to the agent in charge to decide.

Think of it as a lottery, try again. The next immigration agent might give it to you.

Turkish Law, Turkish court. The defendants were paid handsomely, they can afford good defense lawyers.
