China using arbitary detention again for political leverage. Disgusting. The CCP are truly terrorists

A North Korean defector traveling to China is not a great idea.
Glad this man made it back!!
China , with its arbitrary detentions to settle political scores with countries, is becoming a dangerous place to travel to. The 2 Canadians in prison for more than a year is a prime example.
Democracies, the real ones, should put our warning for their citizens when they travel to China.

Stop traveling to china for any reason!!! And stop them coming to Japan. Don't be greedy for the Chinese money, look at it as dirty money instead. Everytime you see their money, imagine children men and women in prison camps, women being force sterilized and the rest brainwashed!!!

IF he was spying, in Dandong near the border with NK, then it was either for Japan against DPRK (NK), or for DPRK against Japan, but I fail to see how China would be concerned either way, unless they had a request from North Korea. Or was he investigating the security apparatus that catches defectors and sends them back to DPRK?
