Madden: "Vietnamese guys all have a macho complex and never fight fair. One of my Vietnamese mates always told me, never challenge a Vietnamese guy to a fight. They'll fight dirty and if you do win, they'll come back with a bunch of their buddies to get revenge."
Hogwash. The "they never fight fair" is the defacto defense of someone who loses a fight, bottom line. I've known Vietnamese who do not fight fair, but I've known far more Americans or people of other nationalities who don't, either. It's not an issue of nationality, nor should this story be, unless they were fighting over passports of visas.

Madden, what your Vietnamese friend said partly true and partly untrue. Very often, Vietnamese guys tend to accept the outcome if their opponents won them not only by force, but by high–minded manners.
